Riding

Beginners and more experienced horse riders all agree that riding across Dartmoor is hard to beat. You can ride out on the open moor - provided that it’s common land. Trot along woodland trails and bridleways, or follow in the hoofprints of ancient medieval traders along historic byways linking towns and villages. If you don’t have your own horse, or you're a novice in the saddle, there are first-class stables listed here offering you a good horse, tuition and an experienced guide.

Midweek Breaks

Choose any three nights DBB from Sunday through to Thursday at a special rate of £450 in a standard room, or £510 in a superior room – and save £135.

From October to December our mid week break will be available for £390 or £450, providing a saving of £195, subject to availability
