Best Hotel in Devon 2001, and most recently 2 RAC Ribbons, the restaurant offers a classical food style that has international influences.
Lead by London trained Executive Chef - Edward Elliot - The Edgemoor kitchen brigade prides itself on the use of local
produce - including speciality fish dishes - the fish is delivered
fresh daily from the coast - and a wide variety of vegetarian dishes.
The specials, which are changed daily, include a home-made
soup, two fish dishes and a vegetarian option. These complement
the Full Menu which
is re-written every month.
Should you have any speciality dietary requirements, or purely
fancy something a bit different, then please let us know, as given sufficient notice and subject to availability, we would be
delighted to provide it for you.

champagne fo the house, limited special cellar lines as well as the regular favourites, a separate port list (by glass and bottle), six different madeiras, plus a "Takeaway" price list, demonstrate
